Responsalities:

  •  The Project Procurement Management Professional is in charge of Compliance assurance and processing purchase request (depending on threshold), add necessary information (e.g. Commodity Code - high ESN quality) to ensure cost-efficient and on-time supply of materials according to demand
  • Process purchase requests (depending on thresholds); add necessary information (e.g. Commodity Code (ESN), INCOTERMS); purchase order management incl. tracking; checking of content, to ensure cost-efficient and on time supply of materials according to demand;
  • Compliance assurance with Procurement rules of Siemens and usage of Siemens contract partners based on click4suppliers easy and FPL to ensure the usage of competitive Terms & Conditions and by that obtaining highest feasible CNI;
  • Maintain and update supplier master data (if mandated) in coordination with Regional Procurement in SAP; archive documents according to local regulations to keep the database always accurate and up to date;
  • Generate savings to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent;
  • Actively contribute to cooperation with all other parties involved and passing on all relevant information to improve the flow of material and value through the supply chain;
  • Forward systematically all relevant Procurement related project information (e.g. updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all project participants up to date;
  • To perform logistics activities in projects in order to guarantee an economical and on the customer/project needs as well as the project specific contracts targeted handling for the company;
  • Collaborate with other involved persons and interface partners in order to distribute all relevant information and to stay informed and keep others informed to ensure optimized supply regarding customer needs;
  • Coordinate, communicate and maintain all dates and information from intern and extern suppliers, project procurement, transport- and service providers for the entire supply chain process in order to ensure an accurate, on schedule and economical processing.

 

The Candidate:

  • BA or Equivalent, preferably in Commercial / Technical field;
  • 3 to 7 years in Supervisory Procurement/Supply Chain Role;
  • Previous experience in managing Projects Procurement and related SCM activities (Logistics, Material Management)
  • Fluent in both French and English;
  • Full computer literacy with MS Applications, experience on SAP or similar ERP systems.
