A leading company in petroleum waste management and solids control equipment based in Hassi Messaoud is looking for Financial Manager


Main responsibilities:

  • Managing the financial and accounting department handling the tax issues and dealing with governmental authorities on behalf of the company.
  • Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Managing the monthly settlement of the treasury and the preparation of financial balances, in addition to their entrance in the company files.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document of business transactions.
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
  • Managing the preparation of the estimated depreciation for the company fixed assets.
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost optimization plans.
  • Manage the financial data entry process.
  • Ensure the completion of the internal audit task in the company.
  • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
  • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue.
  • Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;
  • Ensure the preparation of the necessary financial entries in the company files.
  • Ensure the preparation of the monthly closing proces
  • Final review of the company payroll
  • Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.


Experience, education and requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Financial& accounting.

  • Usually a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the management of financial systems and Budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing Financial advice

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Good skills in Arabic, French and English
