A leading company in petroleum waste management and solids control equipment based in Hassi Messaoud is looking for Financial Manager

Missions du poste

  • Managing the financial and accounting department handling the tax issues and dealing with governmental authorities on behalf of the company.

     Main Duties & Responsibilities:
    ·         Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
    ·         Managing the monthly settlement of the treasury and the preparation of financial balances, in addition to their entrance in the company files.
    ·         Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document of business transactions.
    ·         Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
    ·         Managing the preparation of the estimated depreciation for the company fixed assets.
    ·         Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost optimization plans.

    ·         Manage the financial data entry process.
    ·         Ensure the completion of the internal audit task in the company.
    ·         Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
    ·         Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue.
    ·         Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;

    ·         Ensure the preparation of the necessary financial entries in the company files.

    ·         Ensure the preparation of the monthly closing process
    ·         Final review of the company payroll
    ·         Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Profil recherché

  • Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Financial& accounting.

    Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
    Knowledge of economic principles
    Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
    Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
    Knowledge and experience of related computer applications
    Usually a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the management of financial systems and Budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing Financial advice
    Computer Skills:

    Excellent computer skills

  • Language:

  • Good skills in Arabic, French and English
