Key Account Specialist

Report to:

  • National Sales Manager

Primary Objective:

  • Assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.


  • Monitor forecast, orders and DOH with key account.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise the application of company products and services to customer requirements.
  •  Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented.


  • University degree with scientific / medical / pharmacy background other relevant academic degrees (according to local regulations)
  • Minimum 3 years strong sales track record – mainly in Specialty/ Hospital field
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and French
  •  Multi-national exposure
  • Self-motivated person.
