Human Resources opportunity in the Algerian plant , to join the Integrated Supply Chain team (ISC) as HR Business Partner ISC.

The role is responsible to drive HR priorities and ensures effective & efficient delivery of HR services that drive top-tier performance of the ISC Functions at the plant.

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive the HR agenda across the ISC Organization in Algeria with the relevant Management team.
  • Lead the Organization pillar inside the plant to ensure Organization design and people systems support the delivering of plant objectives.
  • Ensure that ISC resourcing plans are fulfilled through a robust man power planning process and in line with the agreed Organization structures to meet the business agenda
  • Build capabilities inside Plant through attracting & retaining high potential talent in partnership with the HR Talent Acquisition team.
  • Act as a change agent who leads and supports the transformation of the business in to ensure business stability during critical times.
  • Anticipate and address business risks from an HR perspective and proactively put a mitigation plan in line with the overall business strategy and direction to ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure updated SHARP records reflecting current organizational changes through aligning relevant HR colleagues who are accountable for SHARP operation and maintenance 
  • Drive Performance Management Process for the relevant population. Provide regular support to the Performance Management process; ensure quality, and timely usage by stakeholders
  • Participate in headcount planning for the assigned client department in co-operation with the function’s department during budgeting process.
  • Partner with Rewards during the merit process, promotions, new job creations, etc., to ensure quality evaluation of jobs and organization design effectiveness.
  • Work closely with line managers to determine business and leadership development needs and to enhance business capability
  • Be aware of KPIs and strategy of the respective departments and the total company in order to align HR processes/practices with business strategy;
  • Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; lead ethically and model compliant behavior; maintain an environment where employees can speak up without fear of retaliation; ensure employees in area of responsibility understand the compliance responsibilities of their jobs and actively participate in the compliance program 


  • University degree. Human Resources Management qualification is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, experience as a HR Generalist is preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing sites is required
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Good PC knowledge (MS Office)
  • Deep understanding of organizational and individual development
  • Good knowledge of external employment and development trends, labour markets and competitors and Labor/Employment Law
