Main Mission:

  • In charge of the Social Aspect; social affiliations, introduce and follow up of the Medical Reimbursement Fees as well as the Family allowances at the CNAS.
  • In charge of Expats’ Legal Permits Process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Establish the affiliation and registration requests on behalf of Sarl Glory Concept’s new joiners at the CNAS.
  • In charge of the transfer of Sarl Glory Comcept’ Personnel CNAS files from different regions to the CNAS of Algiers.
  • Follow up and updates Sarl Glory Concept Personnel’s CNAS Files introduced at the CNAS (dossier AF, IFF….).
  • Introduce the sick notes on behalf of  Sarl Glory Concept personnel, schedule the medical checkup and ensure payments or reimbursements are done duly.
  • Follow up and handles the annual up date and renewal of  Sarl Glory Concept personnel’s CNAS Files (Extrait de Naissance. Fiche d’Etat Civil. Certificat Scolarité …)
  • In charge of introducing the work accidents at the CNAS and following up related reimbursement.
  • In charge of  Sarl Glory Concept personnel’s Retirement files at the CNR. 
  • In charge of All Expats’ Legal Permits Process, Work and Residence Permits;
  • Ensure that all the Expatriate Staff administration complies with the Algerian regulations and Company’s requirements
  • Establish work and residence permits for expatriate appointed to company.
  • Ensure an accurate tracking.
  • Keep ''Le Registre des Employés Etrangers '' , HR Data base up to date & issue any report related to Expatriate employment upon the request of the local authorities (Labour Office/ Work Inspection/Police)

Experience:

  • 3 years in a similar position. 
  • Good knowledge of the relevant regulations.
  • Good knowledge of MS DOS Office.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
