Job Outline:

To passionately create enthusiastic customers and build a better future by ensuring smooth process of month end & year end closing through consistent and correct financial bookings including accrual postings, prepayments, cross charging, IC internal controls esp. order and invoice approvals. Responsible for an efficient Accounts Payable process and general ledger management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel expenses management , booking, posting, in loop through the payment cycle is executed
  • Ensure that all goods received have been posted with a proper invoice to the vendor account
  • Vendor account reconciliation including employees expenses, advances and deductions for Payroll
  • Trade finance management and maintaining online information on facilities
  • Responsible to ensure that all the invoices are released on time in the web cycle ,verification process and follow up on all scanned invoices on hold.
  • Provide timely information on accruals of liabilities on a monthly basis
  • Ensuring the Payment run is done as per the agreed date and that all the vendors have been credited for the same(Contact person to SSC)
  • Coordinate intercompany cross charging of services or contract agreements with accounting shared service.
  • Provide inputs/amounts for Budgeting(esp. Cash outflows)

Profile Retirements:

1- Knowledge Requirements:

  • Economics and Accounting: Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
  • English Language : Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language.
  • Clerical : Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Computers and Electronics : Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
  • Administration and Management : Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
