As part of Sales team, the Senior Key Account Manager  is responsible for company’s GROWTH in Algeria  by :

  • Managing existing Accounts:Responsible for the professional service of existing customers including managing orders, deliveries, payments, claim handling, innovation proposals and co-ordination of technical support
  • Planning, sourcing and allocation of professional support needed from functional units
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Supporting the Area Manager/ Head of Cluster in the Implementation of strategy on defined market territory including; research of selected target markets; analyzing existing and potential customers’ products; market positions and future potentials.
  • Observe activities of all existing and new players in our customers’ markets and use these observations for input into company strategic planning
  • Identify and meet with potential new customers to develop new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement key strategic projects within the company.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in business science or engineering
  • 5-8 years experience in sales preferably in B2B and multinational companies

Skill Required:

  • Must be fluent in written and spoken French, English and Arabic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Finincial, analytical and computer skills (MS Poweroint and MS Excel, experience with CRM and other digtilized platforms).
  • Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation.

The position will be based in Algiers and travelling is required according to business neeed.
