Un chef de département Compensation & Benefits (H/F)

Missions

  • Working within Global direction and policies, develop and implement the country Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy to meet the needs of the business areas and countries and ensure competitive positioning for all elements of the C&B package.
  • Work closely with the Cuntry HR Director, and each of the Site HR Leaders to ensure alignment of all sites on C&B matters which are defined by country specific legislation, market best practice or directed from Corporate C&B.
  • Utilise benchmarking data to analyse and interpret the Company’s current remuneration position, both internally and externally to shape the C&B strategy.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the legislative and economic environment, implementing changes as appropriate.
  • Plan and lead the implementation all cyclical processes, including, but not limited to:
    1. Annual salary and bonus review
    2. Salary survey benchmarking processes
    3. Benefit supplier renewals

 

Profil

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive experience of working within a C&B role in a large complex organisation
