About the department

  •  Novo Nordisk Algeria belongs to International Operations, and Region Asia Africa Middle East Oceania (AAMEO), and is one of the largest and most dynamic affiliated worldwide.
  • We are looking for new colleague to take up a position as Marketing Assistant in our Algerian affiliate based in Algiers.
  • You will be part of the marketing team, and reporting to the Marketing Director.
  • The Marketing department is one of the most dynamic department of the affiliate in terms of activities and also responsible for the setting-up of the strategy.
  • You will join a young and motivated team.


The Position:

  •  As new colleague you will work closely with the marketing tem and colleagues from other departments on efficient execution.
  • You will support the marketing team in all administrative matters: travel arrangement, staff administration, planning of meetings and taking minutes, budgets monitoring, collection of invoices and payment of providers, preparing PowerPoint presentations, handling guests visitations, etc. You will also execute and facilitate the diabetes events.
  • The job requires a good part of self-management, discipline and planning.



  •  Our ideal colleague can proactively take action, be proactive and think ahead and take ownership for tasks and decisions. We need a colleague that can communicate with people in different communication styles and can work on several tasks in parallel.
  • You have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous development of the department. You are able to handle confidential information, and you have a positive mind-set.
  • You have a diploma of higher education, and at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative position preferably from an international business environment.
  • You have a good command of English and French with good writing skills.
  • You are highly skilled with Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and find it easy to master new IT systems.
  • You are service-minded and will thrive with both planned but also ad hoc tasks of all kinds and able to travel to national and international destinations.
