  • Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Marketing department plans to ensure the alignment with overall objectives and business plans.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
  • Prepares the Marketing unit budget and ensures that the activities within this unit are implemented processed as per the assigned budget.
  • Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate’s performance.
  • Manages the conceptualization, development, and enhancement of new and existing products, including the development of business cases for presentation to Management, to ensure the Company’s product lines remain competitive.
  • Ensures that all assigned products meet operational, legal, and audit requirements so that external compliance is assured and risk to the company is minimized.
  • Defines and ensures adherence to marketing, advertising and communication standards and guidelines so that the integrity of the Sale brand is maintained.
  • Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Profil recherché

  • 7 - 10 years of related experience; 4 years of which in a managerial position
  • Background pharmacist ,doctor ,biologist etc
