    Un Strategy & Insights Manager H/F


·      Main responsibilities: oversee all business unit research initiatives and lead the function’s capabilities (agencies and people) to ensure they deliver against business needs. Including mentoring and coaching any direct reports, developing their skills and helping them with work prioritization and execution. Providing overall leadership in the development, management and integration of tracking and customized research and insights into the CBU


·      Own all market research for Dairy and Early Life Nutrition Categories. Establish and maintain brand/consumer/customer / HCP and competitor knowledge base to support consumer and business strategies through market intelligence


·      Provide insightful thought-leadership to marketing and commercial teams; including guidance in designing the right and ideal research methodology in light of the declared lack of knowledge by the marketing and trade marketing teams; Helping the teams to effectively strategize, plan, execute and also course-correct leveraging insights; Including guiding in the assessment of strategic market opportunities that are currently untapped by the CBU and leveraging market research to identify new volume and profit growth areas; Providing insights support for all phases of the product development cycle, from white space identification and concept testing to in-market tracking and competitive benchmarking.

·      Support the development of business unit’s Business Plans Own the data input side of the Business Planning Process

Profil recherché

·         Strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

·         Able to determine, steward and manage research and related-project budgets; Curious and passionate about understanding what makes consumer and shopper tick, plus how we can translate this into winning brand and business strategies

·         Able to translates information and data into actionable insights Attention to detail but also able to see the big picture and be creative

·         Numerate and articulate: must be confident both with numbers and words

·         Reliable: consistently delivers projects to high quality standards and on time

·         Strong project management and organisation skills: able to prioritise with a natural pragmatic drive for efficiency. Balances immediate and long-term priorities

BA/BSc required in economics, statistics, business, engineering or marketing.
8 or more years of research and insights development experience. Solid experience designing and managing tracking projects including retail audits and developing customized research. Broad knowledge of marketing research, with equal proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods.
