Purpose of Job:

  • Contributes to strategic planning and development as a member of the executive team.
  • Responsible for delivering World Class Service to our customers (Order processing & deliveries at our branches), national distribution planning, product registration, importation of goods, leading customer service projects, developing teams and secure cost & efficient operations.

  • Sanitary registration and importation process
  • National distribution, distribution strategy and annual negotiations
  • Purchasing of needed packaging material
  • Support marketing with planning
  • Define and implement correct future set-up
  • Leading customer service and operations projects
  • Develop your team with the latest knowledge and trends
  • Secure a cost and capital efficient operation
  • Reviews costs and performs cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs making cost/benefit proposals.
  • Procure best practice and implement the most effective and efficient utilization of joint resources within the country, constantly and proactively challenging current practices and promoting renegotiation in all areas of the business.
  • Provides management with timely analysis of complex data, defining relevant information for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project financial probability.
  • Assist management in the design and implementation of budget control mechanisms that procure the most efficient use of resources.
  • Ensures career, succession and development planning for finance staff in the market.


Profile  Candidate:

  • Required: High education (in area of finance or economics preferably).
  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in an international company as operations manager with experience in customer service and logistics (inbound & outbound).
  • The candidate is a “hands-on” good strategic thinker with exceptional analytical talent
  • Fluent English is a Must.
