Job  Purpose:  

  • IT Advisor is responsible for providing vision and leadership for the development, integration and implementation of the planned projects within IT/business digital transformation including the Digital BSS, Data management platform (Big data), integration with the company platform, Global Enterprise support system (ERP/HR system).
  • Elaborate and validate the strategic of migration plan of the digital, partnering closely with Business/IT team to ensure deliverable and priorities are met in a timely and quality manner. 
  • Advice senior management on strategic systems integration and develop collaborative approach securing the business during the transformation/ migration plan. 
  • Develop and help to maintain an appropriate IT organization structure that is align with business transformation.




  • Provide strategic planning and collaborative operational process to ensure the effective and efficient development, integration and implementation of the Digital BSS, Data management platform, company Platform, Enterprise support subsystem (ERP/HR systems), Cyber security plan and governance.  
  • Develop, address all dependences/integration of the existing environment with the new stacks in proactive manner per priority to deliver as per the plan.
  • Oversee enhancements Data/cyber security and SOX functions and polices in both existing and new technology.
  • Advice and support on the business process change with the migration plan at IT and business level
  • Cost based analyses for outsourcing opportunities in IT support/Help desk, collaboration
  • Develop the B2B cloud solution virtual PABX, Enterprise Microsoft and other initiatives the commercial roadmap.
  • Advice and set adapted operational model for the collaboration and corporate support infrastructure
  • Reassess the project Business cases/ Budget and Business plan and cost and benefits for IT spending and initiatives to secure the objectives KPI and accountability 
  • Advice and develop the IT structural organization tacking into account the AS IS and the planned
  • Digital transformation / the synergy with the network and Company strategy for agile organization that should be supported with planned Business/Operational Model. Target organization should be support with a quick win and intermediate approach plan to reach the target organization.
  • Work with Operation and Engineering team to develop and address the disaster optimal recovery plan
  • Work with IT collaboration team to develop the corporate enterprise collaboration systems, efficiency and cost driven


Skills and Competences:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as CIO or similar managerial role

Related Experience:

  • At least 15 years of related experience in Information Technology covering all structures.
  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing teams.
  • Previous experience in GSM Telecom operators.
  • Experience in BSS, Digital transformation
  • Experience in Telecom IT BSS especially: CRM-Loyalty-Provisioning, Sales support, NPS...
  • Experience in ERP systems.  Oracle a plus
  • Experience in DWH- Big data and business intelligence. Teradata and informatica, Hortonworks, Cloudera a definite plus
  • Experience in NFV/ Cloud business and enterprise solution
  • Experience in messaging concepts and collaboration Systems.  MS Exchange and HP Service desk a definite plus
  • Experience in Revenue Management and Fraud systems.  RAID and SUBEX a definite plus
  • Experience in managing complex large sized projects
  • Prior experience managing strategic vendor relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and communications and presentation skills
  • Must be team oriented, flexible and have a professional/responsible attitude.
  • Strong background in IT/Telecom Operation/Engineering
  • Telecom industry background Wide experience in Prepaid platforms
  • Strong skills in contractual obligations (Managed service, design, implementation, acceptance,)
  • Managed services experience 
  • Risk analysis and Problems solving till Crisis management and reporting
  • IT Business Process Improvement,  Acquisition and Integration management
  • Experience of successful launches of IT OSS/BSS  and Value added services activities and projects
  • Worked/Proven on IT OPEX/CAPEX  and performance management
  • Building Business Continuity Plan : process & procedures, escalations, Disaster recovery and full redundancy
  • Knowledge of Digital capabilities Front end and Back end platforms
  • Experience of Telecom /IT vendor management
  • Experience and knowledge on Oracle DB, Open sources, IT Software/ VMware 
  • Good knowledge and  understanding IT Architecture
  • Experience  Security, SOX compliance and IT governance
