Job Responsibilities :

  • Insure the management of meeting rooms (Planning, Business Associates orientation, closing and opening….)
  • Daily Delivery of Commissions
  • Updating the Business Associates Data Base
  • Control and insure the compliance of the subscription files
  • Preparation of all Customer Service’s needed templates
  • Printing the ID Cards
  • Insure the replacement of the Customer Service agents when needed

Profile :

Preferred qualifications/experience

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Sales and Marketing
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in a Customer Service  
  • French and English and Arabic language essential
