About the CRM Manager - Jumia Algeria position

  • The CRM channel is at the cornerstone of Jumia marketing strategy with a strong objective to grow unpaid channels much faster than paid channels, as well as achieving more relevance and personalization through automation. 
  • As CRM Manager, you will own the responsibility of all communication towards potential and registered consumers of Jumia Algeria with the objective of delivering a seamless customer experience. 
  • You have a pioneer mindset, you are ambitious, hardworking and have a deep rooted understanding of CRM strategy and execution. You strongly believe in constantly testing new ideas, to innovate and optimize. You are flexible and forward thinking who easily connect with new people. 

In particular you will,

  • Ensure the perfect execution of the weekly promotional plan in compliance with existing processes
  • Work closely with the local teams to ensure that customer communication strategy meets requirements
  • Monitor and report the channel performance to Head of CRM
  • Ensure the good implementation of CRM projects defined by Head of CRM
  • Put in place efficient processes to maximize ROI
  • Co-lead A/B testing
  • Improve and optimize cross-channel communication 

Profile required

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in French and English
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience with a solid foundation in Digital or CRM
  • Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, HTML & SQL
  • Fast learner, accurate, systematic and methodical
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Self-motivated and driven
