Job Content:

  • Overall purpose: Under the authority of the Head of Administration, the recruit will offer logistical and administrative support to the Delegation, notably as an administrative assistant.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling of all telephone calls
  • Handling all visitors at arrival as well as the visitors book
  • Mail/document registration
  • Students’ Registration process
  • General assistance to Head of Administration when required
  • General other secretarial tasks to be performed in the Admin Section


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Document management, contact with the public.
  • Computer Skills, especially all windows applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French (working knowledge)
  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
