MILLTECH is a leading telecom service company based in Algiers, Algeria, we are looking for service desk operatuion responsible with  the following criteria:

Purpose of Job Role

  • This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, support, and manage the relationships with customers and users, and
  • must be able to provide a first line of support to help the resolution of service interruptions and/or service requests from customers and users, keeping them informed about all processes for which they are interested to.
  • This direct contact with customers should also be used to identify customers’ needs and their level of satisfaction with the service they are given.
