MILLTECH is a leading telecom service company based in Algiers, Algeria, we are looking for a second level operations responsible as per the follwonig criteria:

Purpose of Job Role

  • This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
  • This Service Function is composed by a number of Services Elements and Activities that define the scope of work according to the Ericsson’s Managed Services offer.
  • It performs performance trend analysis to proactively detect possible failures. This shall ensure 2nd level restoration and repair because of its own analysis or when prompted by 1st Level Operations Service Function processes.
