Business Developper Partner Projects Maghreb (M/W)


V2 End User Segment:

  • V2 (Commercial support)  for LV Equipment across End User segment (O&G, MMM, Water) for Maghreb cluster (Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia).
  • Ensure right coordination with End User team to maximize LV Equipment pipeline opportunities.
  • Contributing into defining go to market by customer or project.
  • Ensuring right coordination from Partner offers technical support.
  • Coordinating and contributing actively to presentation, training, demo… in the End Users .
  • Train partners on technical & industrial files: present drawings, documents, help the partner to select the right tools and   implement the production/assembly line.
  • Train partners on product quality file: train the partner on routine tests procedure, help him to implement the control plan and   select the right control tools.
  • Have knowledge about LV Equipment's (OKKEN and Busway but also LV panels, Breakers …)

Channel management:

  • Define the Channel growth actions plan for PnB and Contractors for Maghreb cluster.
  • Saturate and maximize PnB and contractors channel, ensuring profitability and cross selling
  • Deploy and ensure strategy execution (including plat forming) aligned with BU’s guideline
  • Implement and manage partners loyalty Program and expert partners network.
  • Contribute actively in PnB and contractors business having license contract with Schneider Electric and piloting technical relationship with license Partners (OKKEN). Contribute to the contractual "audits" on partner side  
  • Know the behaviors and expectations of each customer/channel
  • Lead, follow and contribute actively with sales team in the execution of Customers/Channels Action Plans.
  • Follow orders/sales & actions plans results (sales out), do analysis, define and implement reactivity actions
  • Collect market data: competitive position, market share, contribute to the AMR
  • Coordinate and align the different internal actors to ensure success deployment. 



  • Experience in End User customer management and/or channel (PnB or contractors) management
  • Experience: 10 years (sales, marketing or technical). Interesting experience LV panels type OKKEN.
  • Languages : English, French and Arabic
  • Travel: 1 or 2 weeks by month.
