Missions:

• Ensure short, mid and long term planning.

• Ensure monthly Business Supply Meetings (BSM) with supply points.

• Monthly review on production plans with Supply Points (SP).

• Negotiate on production plans M+2 to manage accurate inventory for distributor's to minimise abnormal stockfl uctuations or Market Out of Stocks.

• Ensure efficient inventory management of supply points and distributors consistent with the CBU targets.

• Replenishment of products using netted demand in support of inventory targets, customer service goals (usingAPO SNP).

• Anticipate, mitigate the future through scenario planning.

• Monitor orders, stock status to ensure availability to support business plans.

• Contribute to optimisation projects (portfolio management, network optimisation, MOQs...) which will supportValue creation purposes through savings.

• Prepare and contribute to the Operations Review Meetings (ORMs) and Product Life Management Meetings (PLMs).

• Support on maintenance and upgrade of systems (CBI, BI) when required (testing if necessary).

• Support the reporting of Operations KPIs which includes Orders vs forecast, Order Mix accuracy, Out of stock,Month on Hand, Ageing stock, Customer service Level..

• Analysis on SKU movements / performance (Eg. Slow, Fast moving).

• Review & propose SKU cover policy based on SKU performance & Supply.

• Close collaboration with markets on inventory returns process. • Support inventory liquidation plans with Marketing / Finance.

• Review and update supply planning parameters as necessary.

• Be the single point of contact for Supply points under scope. • Management of internal and external stakeholders.

• Build a strong relationship with internal stakeholder (fi nance, supply, CS..) and external stakeholders (Supplypoints, 3PLs, Distributors ) to meet our common targets.

Target Profile:

• Bachelor Degree.
• 3+ years' experience in a multinational environment within a similar role.
• Must Know APO SNP or have working on Planning system.
• Excel is a must.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain / Pharmaceutical / FMCG Industry.
• Working experience with inventory management and supply planning in the pharmaceutical/FMCG environment.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, mathematical, and communication written /verbal skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High level of self-motivation and fl exibility coupled with good relational skills.
• Seeks and strives for permanent improvement.
• Highly pro-active and strong problem-solving skill.
