Responsibility Description:
CEM/SOC Operation manager
1)At least 8 years of working experience in the telecommunication industry or any of the digital related industries including core network, optimization and IT, especially in CEM/SOC domain, customer experience management, service operation & optimization & planning domain etc.
2) As SOC team leader, working with customer to lead service and experience operation in CEM domain, to integrate with customer's existing OSS/tool/platform, end to end design SOC delivery solution and guarantee project success.
3) E2E telecom network architecture knowledge, good understanding of latency, NFV and cloud core network, master end to end network problem troubleshooting.
Skill Requirement:
1) Excellent capability to use Office tools like Excel, word and power point to output valuable organized documents.
2) Good presentation skills that will enable middle and high-level customer engagement in both Technical and/or service domains and influence their thinking & decision making.
3) Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights and organize them in logical frame works. good at service quality analyzed and complaint issue troubleshooting.
4) Have successful network and technology collaboration consulting and delivery experience, have certain influence and great achievements, and have been recognized by the customer's executives.
Professional Knowledge:
1) Understand big data languages such as SQL and Python. Be able to guide and lead the team to perform topical big data analysis and value presentation.
2) Good knowledge of service operation between OSS and BSS, good view of future network evolution and new service insight capability.
3) Have a good command of the end-to-end 234G network architecture and technologies, especially the wireless network planning & optimization, CS/PS/EPC core network and IMS network.
