Job Purpose:

Manage, coordinate and implement key online and offline marketing activities for company. Provide marketing support and ensure consistent growth of sales.


Key Job Responsibilities General :

  • Be responsible for delivering and developing all local marketing collateral, website, videos, technical data sheets, presentations, sheets, packaging designs etc. and ensure it is up to date with local market requirements and in compliance with Group Marketing guidelines and instructions.
  • Develop, deliver and when necessary, translate all content from English to local language (marketing collateral, website, presentations, technical data sheets, packaging designs, etc.) and ensure local language content is continuously maintained, up to date and accurate.
  • Organize and manage events (exhibitions, conferences, seminars, lunch & learn, etc.) as required.
  •  Act as local brand custodian and ensure all marketing activities, content, packaging designs, marketing collateral, etc. are compliant with Group Corporate Visual Identity guidelines and Group Marketing instructions.
  • Coordinate with Group Marketing for video creations, retail banners, collateral and other marketing requirements.
  • Gather market intelligence, perform trade visits, analyse market competition, perform competitor product mapping.
  • Identify opportunities for new products, product extensions and improvements.


Digital & Social Media:

  •  Implement digital & social media strategy in collaboration with Group Marketing.
  • Management of the website and all social media channels with new information, edits and updates as required.
  • Provide inputs for Search Engine Optimization of  website and evaluate rankings for important keywords.
  • Monitor and manage any online reviews, feedback etc. on  products.
  • Create content for the new products in coordination with the management and edit content for current portfolio.
  •  Build and manage all social media channels for company with new content periodically.
  •  Manage and develop local language versions of Social Media ads.
  • Monitor online advertising spend and propose optimizations and improvements for maximum return on investment.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for project information to share - newsletters and/or social media.
  • Manage and ensure an active social media ‘posting calendar’ as per Group Marketing guidelines.
  • Ensure digital strategies are aligned with local customer preferences.


Other Responsibilities:

  • Keep in contact with, assist and join monthly calls with sales and marketing departments as required.
  • Other marketing related duties as required.

Profil required:

  • Graduate in marketing
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Digital & Social media knowledge
  • Job based in Algiers.
