The Pipeline Strategy and PHC Head at the forefront of our vision; delivering better outcomes for more patients faster.

  • Inspiring and Influencing leadership and ability to drive team coordination and collaboration Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, with the ability of setting the right priorities in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker, with ability to understand and communicate complex scientific concepts, and a strong business acumen are needed on top of all requirements.
  • Very strong communication skills with the ability to translate analysis, concepts and ideas into convincing communications. Ability to connect on internally and externally at all levels.
  • Foster a culture of customer centricity (insight driven decision-making & co-creation of solutions) embed to the customer engagement strategy to enhance customer delight.
  • Coach and provide technical support in portfolio and finance management across Disease Area teams (squads) for building their expertise and growing their performance.
  • Support the Center of Excellence team members to build strong relationships and credibility within the Disease Area teams (squads) and key stakeholders to ensure company achieve its purpose.
  • Achieve marketing excellence through the coaching of the Center of Excellence team members and development of disease/product strategy aligned with Roche Algeria long term priorities.
  • Drive / embed digital & multi-channel pipeline strategy.
  • Liaise across Global and multi-country teams in carrying out projects & activities.
  • Ensure the consistency, focus and alignment of strategies across Disease Area teams (squads).
  • Understand diseases and its impacts to patients and where Roche products could benefit them 


  • Encourage and maintain a highly motivated and effective team with a performance-led culture, strive for excellence and strong focus on patient centricity. 
  • Understand company business strategy and build, direct, manage and ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the center of excellence performance management system.
  • Understand company business strategy, enabling autonomous teams to deliver better outcomes to more patients faster.
  • Build cooperative and collaborative team spirit to align well with company’s culture and new way of working.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, motivation & Training direction to the team members.
  • Hire, assist with filling gaps during vacancies, coordination of chapter rotations.
  • Develop high potential employees and provide career development opportunities for personnel.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing & networking.
  • Enable the Disease Area Teams to ensure the resources and capabilities are allocated to achieve shared objectives.
  • As part of the Algeria Enabling Team, ensure the Roche Algeria license to operate.
  • Ensure that all in-field activities are in line with relevant regulations and Roche business principles and values


  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales within pharma industry
  • University degree in natural science. Business related degree (MBA) is a plus
  • Leadership (Strategic agility, Purposeful visionary, Innovation)
  • People skills (Inspiring, motivating, empowering, coaching, networking)
  • Strong belief in Team working & collaborative mindset
  • Experience (Multi-portfolio management, People development, Commercial Excellence, Change management)
  • Project leadership & project management experience
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Business acumen, Strategic, Analytical thinking and ability to adapt and respond to a variety of situations
  • Performance management and creating performance excellence
  • Prior experience in creating new business models or approaches linked to delivering enhanced customer solutions and superior business results is a must
  • Fluent English.
