Job Profile:

The HR Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day management of personnel, communication, and policy administration.


Key Performance Areas include but not limited to:


  • Support current and future business needs through the development, motivation and preservation of Human capital.
  • Ensure proper application and implementation of HR policies
  • Instigate and preserve strong relationships with external agencies and local authorities to provide high quality HR services across the business
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for the Territory
  • Assess and Identify training needs, launch appropriate training programs and monitor results
  • Ensure full compliance with the Territory labour laws
  • Implement and ensure Annual Employees Performance Appraisals are carried out.
  • Ensure payroll management and establishment.


  • 04 years’ relevant experience.
  • University degree, HR certification is a must


  • Fluent French and Arabic
  • English is an added value
  • Computer: proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
