Senior member of the ELN Sales Team

  • Accountable for the sustainable delivery of distribution channel and CANN targets in the region.
  • Development of direct distribution & way of working for Key Accounts across Algeria
  • Overlooking DDA sales performance & CANN targets.

Special channel (Pharmacies)

  • Strategically partnering with Para-pharm & pharma network
  • Build strategy and deploy pharma distribution
  • Work closely with RSMs to support coverage of the pharma channel across the region



  • Define strategy and service levels for distributors categories
  • Manage key accounts nationally, strategic accounts that contribute highly to the CANN or development of the category, with support of the RSM’s
  • Develop and optimize direct distribution coverage (Pre-sales or van sales), align regional strategies to a national one, work closely with RSM’s, RTM & cross functionally
  • To deliver regional performance of profitable sales growth through expert selling techniques and methodologies
  • Assist and deploy tactical and promotional sales activities as part of the overall sales strategy
  • Monitor and track DDA activities, sell-out & CANN objectives
  • To develop, monitor and drive account plans, product campaigns, corporate policy, strategy and procedures.
  • Develop, review, track progress and deliver on a national business plan
  • Actively participate in the sales management group, which may include involvement in ad-hoc projects

Distribution Focus

  • To develop relationships with key national distributors, second line of connection after RSMs
  • Own and manage distributors operational reviews based on service level, manage distributor performance and targets
  • Monitor and develop distributors coverage in terms of POS (proxy and pharma) per Wilaya
  • Work across the core teams and collaboratively across all functions to drive a customer centric approach

Experience needed

  • National Management Experience
  • Distributors management with sales targets
  • Business Development
  • Multi channel experience: proxy, pharmacies & wholesalers
  • RTM Deployment & management experience
  • Experience of developing and delivering sales strategies
  • Public speaking

  • Strong business analytics, business planning and organisational skills
