Driving franchise business and providing marketing vision and guidance.


  • Drive the developing of franchise marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Contribute to deliver company sales targets through a close follow up of forecasting /sales by challenging KAMs & sales team.
  • Lead the development of  marketing campaigns & tactical plans by PMs.
  • Overseeing the franchise’s marketing budget allocation & drive timely execution and Follow up along with ABP/ALP plans & identified priorities.
  • Lead the cross functional collaboration & effective communication between all departments for the success of the Brands and company.
  • Analyze market trends and regularly provide recommendations on business strategies to PMs and cross functional team members based on analysis and feedback.
  • Lead a preparation of ABP for the Franchise brands by collaborating with all departments (Medical, Market Access, Field Operations, etc.) with the aim of the alignment according to the region & global guidelines.
  • Ensure franchise business profitability & P&L objectives.
  • Ensure strong leadership in key external experts & deal with them on franchise business in order to build strong partnership through regular field visits.
  • Upgrade Marketing trainings for direct reports (PMs) providing appropriate trainings in-line with regional guidelines &  developing appropriate development plans.
  • Responsible to build optimal organizational structure for franchise & identify succession plan readiness for Franchise Manager role. 



  • Lead an organization & an operational part of a brand team by address a strategic business point to resolve.
  • Represent the Franchise during business meeting by presenting a clear story (BOT, Business Review, ABPs, Budget review).
  • Ensure proper & regular coaching of Product Managers based on regular feedback in  meeting & dashboard activities.
  • Build development plans for directs reports.


Conduct high standard of business with Key external experts, Therapeutic  areas experts and all stakeholders.


Qualifications & Experience: 

Medical or Commercial qualifications with 5 years’ experience in sales & marketing in pharma industry (Sales experience preferred).
