Do you have a university degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related field? Do you have 6 to 8 years of experience in internal audit within a multinational company or in one of the big four audit companies?
  • We are looking for a Senior Analyst Internal Controls & Compliance to join our Internal Controls Department in Algeria.
  • If you are Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or in the process of completing a Finance or Audit certification. If you have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Power Point) and flue nt in English, both written and spoken.

  • Working together within a diverse and multinational team, you will assist the IC & Compliance Manager Maghreb in the overall effort to the identify and assess financial, operational, compliance as well as information systems risks in all areas of Philip Morris International's business in PM Algeria, reducing non-added value administrative tasks while keeping in place sound controls and compliance environment. You will use your financial knowledge, analytical and project management skills to assess and test the effectiveness of the company's internal controls environment. You will be required to communicate the results of your work to local and regional management.

More specifically you will:

  •  Perform annual risk assessment & prepare annual audit plan.
  • Analyze business processes, applications and systems of the company in order to determine risks and control weaknesses, and make recommendations for the improvement of control environment.
  • Coordinate all audit engagements organized by external audit companies and Corporate Audit Department.
  • Ensure the continuous monitoring of Sensitive transactions and segregation of duties as part of GGRC reporting (Global-Governance -risk-Compliance) reviews & initiate corrective actions for redundant and unauthorized accesses.
  • Manage the Fiscal Compliance Program (FCP) in the organization.
  • Assist in ensuring that all required Corporate Internal Controls/Governance reporting is performed in compliance with company Principles and Practices and with local regulatory requirements (as applicable).
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required by PMI policies as well as any ad hoc requests generated by PMI Inter nal Controls Central team.
