Position Summary:

Creation, communication and implementation of long term as well as short term business planning and marketing strategies of a given franchise product(s) in the Business Unit therapeutic areas. You will be directly reporting to the Marketing Head, you will oversee directly the assigned product managers.
Position Responsibilities:
- You will creates overall strategy for given franchise products, identify the market needs, determine the corresponding market and patient share, Permanently searche for new clients and possibilities for further product growth.
- You will develop and implement long and short term marketing plans and tactics which optimally correspond to the realization of the budgeted sales.
- You will direct and coordinate the marketing activities of the given franchise products in all registered indications so that resources are utilized in the most efficient way.
- You will contribute to the overall Business Unit strategy through proactive participation on its leadership team.
- You will achieve defined sales targets for allocated products, while maintaining the level of defined product promotion costs and forecasts.
- You will provide leadership to the given team in order to achieve the business objectives and agreed goals.
- You will propose innovative access activities, supporting and collaborating with the Market Access team.
- You will work with the Medical department to establish an appropriate Product Medical Strategy.
- You will constantly review given product’s plans in light of changing commercial and financial circumstances in line with the global strategies in order to introduce & expand use of the product
- You will coordinate the communication of given product -related information/messages across the organization.
- You will maintain and develop organization culture, values and reputation in the given product market with employees, customers, suppliers, partners and official external bodies.
- You will review Competitive Intelligence information from repository and compiles CI reports.
- You will provide inputs and insights to the patient flow data/commentaries.
- You will handle the pre-budget discussions with Marketing and Sales team members and other relevant collaborators. Annual budgeting within the agreed time period: sales and product promotion cost forecast.
- You will keep informed of and communicate all matters related to registration, inventory, distribution and use of the given product(s) and act accordingly in order to ensure achieving overall product objectives.
- You will apply and ensure proper implementation of the Pharmacovigilance plans and adverse event reporting, and ensure the compliance working culture.
- You will report Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unite within Roche timelines.

Position Requirements:

- Experience pharmaceutical / Medical university degree
- MBA is a plus
- Minimum 7 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, minimum four years of them in management positions ideally within the Pharma industry
- Proven track record of success: minimum last 2 years of fully met expectations or above
- Minimum two years of people management experience
- Knowledge with the basic marketing and sales strategies

Skills/Abilities :

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Makes good and timely decisions in relatively complex situations and even under uncertainty or pressure.
- Able to identify and build upon common interest to create a win-win outcome.
- Very good MS Office literacy.
- Fluent English
