Country/Sub-Cluster Customer Service and Customer Logistics Executive (M/W)

Primary Purpose:

- To ensure Appropriate Service is provided to Customers and appropriate availability of our brands at point-of-sale, at minimum Costs and Cash, with minimum risks, to match Business Ambitions through optimisation of the end to end Supply Chain.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Understand and contribute to the business strategy.
- Contribute to the achievement of the business objectives as a team member of the Country supply chain
- Work with Central Process Owners to design, deploy and continuously improve the agreed Principles, Processes, Systems and Organisation.
- Support and lead the functions and processes of order, shipping and billing, customer logistics Operations, and Customer Collaboration/Key Account Planning within the Process frameworks.
- Ensure interfaces with other functions (including Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance) are understood and managed efficiently.
- Matrix management of customer service operations.
- Monitoring, analysis and continuous improvement of Supply Chain KPIs to deliver to agreed targets and manage risks / costs.
- Developing the Customer Service team to deliver to current and future capabilities needed.
- Coordinate return process
- Support pricing process and maintain pricing

Accountable for:

- End to End customer Service operations in the Market, to meet business needs.


Reports To:

- Supply Chain Manager

 

Primary Interfaces:

- Customers
- Other members of the Cluster Supply Chain team
- Other functions (Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR)
- Central Customer service
- Manufacturing, Procurement

Primary KPIS:

- Customer Satisfaction, On time shipment, Case Fill Rate, return rate, logistics saving and process improvement projects
- Business Results (Volume, EBIT, cash,).
