Basic qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Markets
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline
  • 4 years stretching experience in similar position
  • Perfect standard of written and spoken English and French. Command over Arabic.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Overall professional experience of 6 years with 4 years experience in a similar position

  • Development and delivery of new product development plans.
  • Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketinginitiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management.
  • Development of a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels.
  • Contribute to the Company’s goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance.
  • Effectively negotiate mutually beneficial solutions with various stakeholders and influence key decision-makers to improve in-store presence and pharmacy activities
  • Leading development of the Trade Marketing and the Pharmacy Strategy and Plans, based on thorough understanding on market trends, to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.

 

Details job Purpose:

  • Development, implementation and accountability for Trade and Pharmacy Marketing strategy across all products categories and execution of plans which optimise turnover, operating profit, market share and revenue growth for a brand (s) in the short, mid and long term, in alignment with brand teams and pharmacy accounts and implementation of activities on time with agreed norms and standards for North Africa as a cluster and in the countries: Morocco, Algeria & Tunisia.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Participates in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts and targeted customers, in order to supervise all promotional activities.
  • Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away.
  • Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution.
  • Establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.
  • For any form of communication directly or indirectly linked to Company/Brand equity works under strict supervision and responsibility of Marketing Dept.
  • Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.
  • Leading efforts to leverage the Global Brand Positioning and solidify the company’s superiority through our customers and their showrooms.
  • Putting in place, monitoring and improving processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.
  • Is actively participating to specific dedicated trainings to Sales Force
  • Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns.

    For cross Cluster projects:
  •  Interacts closely with peers in other countries to share customers insights and to translate them into cross Cluster marketing strategies/ operational plans.
  • Coordinates and monitors the roll out of cross Cluster operational/tactical marketing plans
    Plans and executes cross Cluster  best marketing practices workshops
