Senior Testing and Commissioning Manager - Baladna Adrar

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing Engineering, Technical Support, Testing & Commissioning, and Handover of fire and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and control testing and commissioning of fire systems per project specs and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, QCDD, and local codes.
• Review shop drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with the engineering team and manage project documentation.
• Lead system design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Attend project meetings, audits, and operational reviews.
• Support training, coaching, and development of technical staff.
• Maintain system backups and update databases.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Report progress and issues to the Commissioning Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications

• UPDA & QCDD certified fire engineer.
• Knowledge of NFPA 72, NFPA 101.
• Certified in Carrier Fire System, EST3/4, Xtralis, AP Sensing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Office.
• 8+ years of experience (5 in supervision, 2 in GCC preferred).
