Sales Analyst

Your Missions:

• Analyze sales data by product, channel, and region to identify growth opportunities.
• Create dynamic dashboards for the sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor key KPIs: volumes, revenue, margins, out-of-stock rates, etc.
• Collaborate with supply chain and trade marketing teams to optimize forecasts and promotions.
• Contribute to the development of business reviews and commercial action plans.
• Support Route to Market strategy by identifying performance gaps across distribution channels and recommending actionable improvements.

Profile Sought:

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in statistics, business, or marketing.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial analysis, ideally in FMCG.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.

• Solid understanding of Route to Market principles and FMCG distribution dynamics.

• Good Spoken en english

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, , and ability to simplify insights for cross-functional teams.
