Assisstant Product Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to support the development and execution of product strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the product lifecycle—from concept to launch—and to ensure that our product offerings meet customer needs and business objectives.

Through data analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, the Assistant Product Manager ensures that product development runs smoothly and efficiently. They act as a bridge between departments, contributing to product innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, development, and launch of new products and features
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and business metrics
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and requirements documentation
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, and reports for stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met
• Support product testing, QA, and post-launch evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related area (internships included)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
