Planning Specialist

Presentation of the company:

SARL HAYAT DHC Algeria, founded in 2005, is present in the household cleaning products sector with its brands BINGO and TEST; baby diapers and wipes with MOLFIX and BEBEM, sanitary napkins with MOLPED.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the supply and replenishment of raw materials and packaging and analyse stocks.
• Launching production orders to the production units.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and update it (monthly, quarterly or half-yearly depending on the products or sector).
• Evaluate and coordinate the manufacturing potential of the machines (load, capacity, output, etc.) with the resources available.
• Transmit to the production units the short, medium and long term production plans.
• Adjust the production plan in the event of delays or technical incidents on a production line
• Measure the differences between actual production and estimated forecasts.
• Ensure reporting to the relevant business departments (industrial, commercial, etc.).
• Optimise logistical aspects such as stock and supply management (quantity, availability, etc.).
• Ensuring the optimal distribution of resources and workload in the production units.
• Monitor day-to-day activity by analysing progress indicators (tables, graphs, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of quantitative and analytical methods
• Good command of English.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP).
