Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities :
As the core members, takes the lead in contract fulfillment and problem resolution, ensures network stability, and is responsible for project financial results and customer satisfaction. For mid-level and senior-level managers in the customer maintenance domain, enhance customer satisfaction, help customers achieve business success, fulfill contractual delivery of customer support services (including spare parts services), and support timely renewal and expansion of maintenance services.
Main responsibilities:
1) As the owner for the maintenance delivery, support maintenance project pre-sales expansion and after-sales delivery.
2) Be responsible for project financial management, manage the CS Post-Warranty order, revenue, cost such as labor hour approval, and be responsible for the achievement of project financial targets.
3) Be responsible for customer satisfaction management, Communicate with Key customers (O&M supervisor /CXO, etc.) routinely to present service value and improve maintenance service brand.
4) Identify major issue and customer complaint, start management escalation and push customer to implement the solution in time, responsible for satisfaction of high level customer;
5) Be responsible for the coordination of customer resources during accident recovery, and customer care after accident recovery;
6) Be responsible for maintenance project initiation, team building, performance management and establishment of plans, resources, plan execution and delivery quality;
7) Cooperate with KAD to make sure the high EOS/License risk closed in time, Responsible for results of the closing;
8) Manage project team members (including short-term support staff) to comply with the red-line of network quality and network security, ensure the project delivery with safety and compliance;
9) Be responsible for the timely delivery of spare parts and overdue borrow management, and be responsible for the delivery quality and the cost of spare parts.
Job Specification (Education, Experience, Skills & Others) :
- Education: Bachelor or above in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- Language: English/French/Arabic
- Skills:
- At least 2 years work experience for project management domain. With telecom equipments experiance knowledge is an added advantage such as wireless, microwave,IP,DWDM,Power,Core network,VAS,OCS,.etc - Customer service oriented and good presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team spirit and adaptability.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly .
