Responsibility Description : 

1. Work as 3G/4G optimization technical expert and excellent network operation Team leader.

2. Deal with more than 3000 sites network scale optimization(FDD + TDD LTE) and VIP assurance

3. Design and output Network and business insight and proposal ,guide customer for E2E target network

4. Responsible for all optimization task and achieves the target KPI.

5. analysis of KPIs L3 signaling procedures and improvement of network quality and capacity problem .

Education Background Requirements : Bachelor,MBA

Years of Work Experience :  5+ years

Language Skill : 

- French  : Fluent

- English  : Fluent

Professional Knowledge : 

'1. Familiar with Huawei UMTS/LTE (include FDD & TDD) RF network planning and optimization

2. Know about Huawei new solution like 8T8R/Massive MIMO and has this kind of optimization experience 3. Understand and know to use Huawei Solution & Platform to improve planning and optimization efficiency 4. Good communication skills with English/French and has successful case with customer director level

Business Skill : 

'1) Excellent knowledge of service operation between OSS and BSS, good view of future network evolution and new service insight capability.

2) Have a keen sense of market and customer strategy. Have experience in analyzing user behavior, user migration, package analysis, and HVC user insight etc. Be able to effectively collaborate with customers including marketing team and technical team.

3) Preparing internal external report regarding radio network Performance .

Other Requirements : 

At least 4 years 3G RNO experience and 5 Years 4G project experience
