1-Position General :

*The link between the company strategy and its execution. The IT Digital Demand Management   Administrator is  responsible of the Demand Management function, Lead, Plan, develop , coordinates and optimize the delivery cycle for all IT, Third Party “Ericsson & Qvantel” and All business products/Projects (B2C,B2B,Cops,Sales,VAS,Degitals,Roaming ):

  • Ensures that IT and third part resources are transparently, effectively and efficiently used.
  • In charge of  translating business Requirement  in technical  digital requirement
  • In Charge of developing some business requirement  and ensure Third Party delivery
  • In charge of optimizing the delivery cycle for all IT, Third Party
  • In charge of handling  all Business demand(Offers,Promotions,Projects)

2-Position Responsibilities :

  • Act as Third Party (Ericsson & Qvantel ) and business  users SPOC for new IT products & Services demands
  • Manage the deferred Scope of DBSS 0.6 (DBSS Project Phase 2)
  • Responsible for All Offers, Promotion,All Business and other entities Demand/Projects
  • Insure  Business requirement gathering reflecting Third Party  technical needs 
  • Administration of the Product Catalogue & Architecture impacts to ensure the overall coherence
  • Insure full objectives alignment between IT ,Third Party (Ericsson & Qvantel)  and  business in term of needs & plan
  • Responsible for alignment across IT Digital Demand and Projects.
  •  Provide daily and weekly report to Top Management and awareness all stakeholders during overall, Offer/promotion and projects lifecycles.
  • Maintenance and follow up on “ADM” process with suppliers
  • Participate in Offer development by providing a suitable architecture based on technical background
  • Make a successfully follow up of all SRs/Projects  and ensure it delivery on time
  • )Report any issue to between Business and Ericsson  to the Top Management
  • )Analyze and verify completeness of product and services demands as per agreed requirements formats and checklists )follow up on IT demand by daily basis
  • Check the Technical feasibility of Any Offers before to submit it to IT ,Ericsson & Qvantel  based on technical background
  • Plan , lead ,Coordinate, develop and  Optimise delivery activities within IT, Ericsson &  Qvantel  (feasibility , implementation , unit and integration test , user acceptance test , ready for services and deployment)
  • Provide full support to Business ,Ericsson & Qvantel  and  IT to clear any problems that can be
  •  Insure  Business requirement gathering reflecting IT technical needs
  • Providing a good visibility to IT & MKT Top Management about the Offer status by Weekly 
  • Insure full objectives alignment between IT ,Third Party (Ericsson & Qvantel )and  business in term of needs & plan
  • Establishment of the new business demand management process and work flow with Ericsson/Qvantel Spoc.
  • Unblock several conflicts situations between IT ,Third Party and  MKT
  • Analyze and verify completeness of product and services demands as per agreed requirements formats and checklists
  •  Control change in requirements and the relevant impacts on implementation plans
  •  Maintain centralized repository of IT P&S demand documents (requirements , use cases, technical design / architecture , implementation plan, change requests , work orders /deployments)
  •  Measure and report performance of products and services process
  • Ensure the enhancement of Time To Market and insure its maintain

3- Position Requirements :

  • Education level: University degree, Engineer (Bac + 5 Or More) preferably in engineering /information technology
  • 6-7 years’ experience in IT environment and project Management
  • Project Management / coordination experience , very good communication ,preferably within IT or marketing department at mobile operator
  • Technical background & business skills are Mandatory

  • Adequate technological experience in mobile operator environment

* Linguistic skills: Fluent Aabic, Frensh& English

* Computer literacy: Microsoft Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook, MS Project)
