You will be working as a Sales Specialist at Global Grade 13 and will be a part of the Electrification

 

Business Area for Smart Power Division based in Hydra, Algeria. In this role, you will be reporting to

 

Distribution Manager. You will be responsible for sales of products or systems or services within a

 

designated market in accordance with strategy. You will be building long term customer relationships

 

and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues.

 

Your responsibilities

 

Adhering to company policies, procedures, business ethics code and ensuring they are communicated or implemented.

 

Building network with customers (Retailers, Installers, PBs, SIs and End users) to assess strength and opportunities,

 

competition, pricing, customer buying behavior across segments for concluding the target market for securing market

 

share.

 

Organizing Sell-out campaign, roadshows, seminars, distributors loyalty development program, marcom activities for

 

BRAND positioning and market share improvement.

 

Pushing for Sell-out to facilitate sell-in to support business growth of distributors.

 

Ensuring required stock availability of all portfolio for the market and influencing Sell-out team to create continuous

 

movement of stock.

your colleagues and the business.

 

Your background

 

A bachelor’s s degree in Electrical Engineering.

 

Minimum 5 – 10 years’ experience in sell-in activity in Algeria.

 

Required technically & commercially competent and Knowledge of Product or Application and comparison with

 

competitors (Product positioning and pricing).

 

Required Sell-out capability based on ABB product value and Play Catalyst in Networking between customers and

 

distributors

 

Strong networking capability with value chain players and play spokesperson in ABB.

 

Should have ability to work under pressure, analytical thinking as well as exceptional organizational and commercial

 

skills.

 

Fluency in English, Arabic and French languages is a must
