Main tasks:

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs for Services (Data & Voice) Based on Network performance different Part UP & CP.
  • Pilot the QoS at the services architecture level.
  • Control dynamically QoS E2E for Services & customer data
  • Perform audits to Data Services Customer Behavior and analyze an impact on their network performance.
  • Carry out the functional analyzes designed to monitor the E2E network at service layers
  • Provides Analysis performance across subscriber’s handsets, mobile applications and impact on network dimensions (Traffic Design)
  • KPI monitoring for accessibility, retainability, mobility and throughput for different data Services & group of Subscribers.
  • Setting KPI definition (formulas, thresholds) to report on the QoS evaluation of the Services, corporate accounts and Subscriber.
  • Drive Performance & Correlation of the network & business
  • NPS(Net Promoter Score) top down + NPS BOTTOM UP Network Analysis.
  • Detect an impact of new offers and promotion on Network Performance & Identify affected customers (Customer Impact Analysis).
  • Participate to Create Superior Customer Experience & Clear understanding of customer per areas.
  • Identify and alert the Network causes of problems of B2B, HCV, VIP … groups of customers segments and ensure their escalation to the appropriate services.
  • Proactive monitoring of B2B, HCV, VIP (anticipate an actions).
  • Analyzing some traces and protocols to find out root causes of performance issues impacting Services and customers.
  • Establish data referential reports dedicated to the performance of the Services and Subscribers at network layers
  • Generation of daily report / alarms with performance analysis and development of new report.
  • Technical Data Mining & Create dashboards analytics
  • Collect, integrate and explore voluminous and varied data collected from several sources related to network and subscriber QoS.
  • Ensure the reliability and relevance of the data & establish data visualization tools (data modeling, evolutions and dashboards).
  • Creation of databases to ensure the processing of information and optimal functionality
  • Optimize revenue and cost models to maximize profitability, and the customer will also benefit.
  • Support for the teams of the technical/IT /Marketing & Commercial departments

Terms of Access:

  • Qualifications & Training: Telecom Engineer / RO / IT / Electronics
  • Experience 5 years Expertise of the GSM / GPRS & UMTS standard, interfaces and performance indicators Specially relating  to probing  systems like Astellia.
  • Expertise on protocols interfaces and procedures in the RAN & Core Network
  • Expertise of Architecture and Functions of GSM / GPRS & UMTS networks.
  • Knowledge in the development & administration of databases / System & tools for development / processing of data and statistics.

  • A very good knowledge of KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), implemented on network RAN, Core & Subscriber Usage Counters, Thresholds and troubleshooting.

  • Mastery of SQL and relational databases and business object tools.

Computer knowledge: 

  • Knowledge of the following Microsoft products 2010/2013, Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10, Office suite 2007/2010/2013.
  • UNIX Operating Systems.
  • One or more database environments (Oracle, DB2, Sybase, MySQL, SQL Server, Teradata ...).
  • Database language and Development and query, especially in PL / SQL for Oracle.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools: SAP BW and BI 4, IBM Cognos, Microsoft SSRS, Qlikview, Tableau.
  • Development : Java, php, Scripting (Bash, Python), SQL
  • Big data tools, data mining, statistics, business analytics, data modeling & MicroStrategy
