Developing talent is embedded in our culture. Our Global Management Trainee Program target a young talented graduate and helping them grow into managers through 2 years development program. We use every opportunity to make it happen: involving them in important business project, giving them expose and diverses experiences. Providing guidances and support from peers and mentors, and dedicated training & development in fundamental business skills.
 
GMTP is an intensive rotational training, so we immerse our trainee in various functional areas of the company.
 
The GMT Program will give you a cross- functional understanding of our business and set you up for a rapid growth.

Job rotation:

  • An opportunity to observe and contribute to business processes from different angles while working in 2 function/ divisions and participating in a cross functional social business project .

Holistic set of skills:

  • A well designed orientation program, functional & leadership training , project exposure and on – the – job learning . This concoction helps to achieve a fast but a robust growth .

Support at All levels;

  • The management trainees development is guided by his /her manager and functional skills coaches, his/her mentor 

 

Program highlights: 

Phase 1: Home function (9 months)

  • You will join Danone in your home structure where you will work during 09 months. Before, an induction plan was built for you; the first 90 days are the “Onboarding” period for a trainee. It concern introduction to a missions, values, and the culture of the company.  2-4 weeks sales field experience is mandatory and will give more understanding of the business.

Phase 2: Rotation (09 months )

  • To develop your functional skills , you will be transferred ( moved) to another department . you’ll work on a new position / project  as a member in a new diverse team.
  • By the rotation, you  will gain a deeper ability to work in cross functional project .

Phase 3: Social business project  (06 month)

  • You will return to your home function where you’ll be assigned and involved in an important social business project or a transformation project.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the business and influence key decisions.

 

Who are we looking for ?

  • Fresh graduated or has less than one year of experience.
  • Holder of a university degree in biology , chemistry or agro-food technology .
  • Proficiency in French & English.
  • Mobility.
