Our Client is a multinational company working in Consumer Electronics Sector and they are looking for

Sales Director (M/W)


Role Purpose (Why this role exists):
- To independently develop and manage the CE segment in Algeria by working closely with Distributors. Responsibility would include developing and maintaining the correct level of Distributor’s resource, ensuring the sales target achievement and manage shared resources in the most efficient way for superior service to key customers.


Role Key Accountabilities (Max. 5 accountabilities):
- Establishing and driving sales strategy and setting goals for distributors. Monitoring CE team to achieve set targets.
- Ensuring effective communication with distributors to meet HQ and company’s overall strategy.
- Defining and driving marketing activities and sales incentive programs as required by business environment
- Maintaining and expanding partner coverage with Distributors, managing administrative aspect as well.
- Accountable for marketing budget management

Profile:
- Bac + 3 / + 4 , Master
- Experience 3 to 5 years and more .
