HR coordinator Oran, reporting to the Head of HR Maghreb


No direct reports to this position, it is a none management role

 

Job purpose and key deliverables:

  •  The incumbent will provide administrative support in the execution of HR processes and policies
  • Providing administrative support on Global Mobility matters including immigration statutory requirements for IAs are met at all times
  •  Ensure the legal books are updated
  • Represent  the company at the CNAS
  • Coordinate induction program for new joiners
  • Ensure employment documentation and follow-up to ensure new employees files are updated
  • Ensure effective governance and tracking of the Joiner/Mover/ Leaver process
  • Support reward administration
  •  Provide general administration support to the HR function including records management
  •  Maintain effective working relationships with all BAT Algeria employees and Turkey & North Africa Area HR Team

 

Essential requirements:

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree, preferably a qualification in Human Resources Management
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French & English
  • Previous experience managing social security process and the legal books
  • Regular situation with Military administration
  • High computer literacy
