Role Purpose:

HR Administrator is responsible for organizing and handling government related paperwork and requests in order to ensure efficient and timely documents processing.and  is responsible for all clerical and administrative duties concerning the department.

Key Responsibilities


-Receive and prepare requests for employee-related documents such as salary certificates, salary transfer leavers, pay slips, ID cards, staff discount cards, transportation passes and other.
-Handle and follow up on the bank account openings for new joiners and ensure that bank
requirements with regards to new applications are met
-Ensure timely employee data gathering, entry and accurate maintenance of records
Provide customer service support to internal customers and process insurance claims.

-Register staff queries and complaints, and assist in the continuous improvement of related processes and procedures in order for the department to optimize customer service
-Handle various administrative tasks such as screening incoming calls and correspondence, filing the department's documents and other.
-Ensure that all shop documents are updated and properly hung or posted in a clear and visible place
-Provide other departments with consulting support regarding issuing new visas or cancelling them Process paperwork related to requests for visa, passport, work, residence permits and others, make sure they are promptly approved and processed through appropriate authorities
-Collect, process and follow up on all formalities related to Immigration, Labour and Medical Test requests, and handle their timely renewal by preparing all necessary documentation as per governmental regulations

Qualifications:
-Fluency in English
Proficiency in in MS Office.

-Knowledge of Labour Law and Visa Processes
-2 years of experience in a personnel or administrative role
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree (TS).
