• The Training Coordinator is responsible for leading employee development initiatives by organizing training events and creative educational programs.
• The training coordinator includes communication with management to identify training needs and planning development plans for teams and individuals.
• Under the liability of the training manager the training coordinators are responsible for the management, coordination and animation of all training programs.
• They should also be familiar with the requirements for instructors, equipment and teaching.
• And manage the training, organizing, listing with language officers and schools to archive excellence in language training.
