Missions du poste :
- Maintenance of personnel records: constitution, document verification, updating and archiving Day,
- Annual leave management
- Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual HR review
- Payment requests preparation: CNAS,MIP ,PCR MIP, Bailiff, etc.
- Responsible for archiving files
- Manage the reception of guests and new Hires
- Keeps legal records
- Onboarding Process/Offboarding process
- Labor office relation (job posting ,Candidates interview appointment, Government authorization document)
- Social security (Sick leave ,work accident, maternity, retirement, child allowance, Chifa Card…)
- Medical check follow up
- HR ops (letters, annual leave ,Mission document, contract...)
- Pres-Payroll & Attendances management
- Tax contributions submission
- Local training plan (Training plan establishment, assessment document, DFP Tax …)
Profil recherché :
- Experience 3-5 years
- Good communication skills : Arabic, French and English
