Job Purpose:

  • Assistant Officer, HR & Administration assists HR & Administration Manager in overall HR& Administration activities. The job holder also provides support in the establishment and development of HR policies, processes, systems, and tools in compliance with local laws and regulations, and Company’s policy and objective.

 
Key Accountabilities: 

  • Support HR & Administration Manager in terms of personnel database management and administration e.g. maintain & update staff database with all relevant details.
  • Manage staff’s time keeping and leave records.
  • Arrange business travel request including transportation and accommodation.
  • Assist HR & Administration Manager in planning, scheduling and controlling a variety of work to complete periodic administrative and assigned task.
  • Provide information to control all HR activities to be in compliance with local laws and regulation.
  • Assist in preparation of the asset’s and HR function’s presentation in relevant HR events and other events in which the Company participates both locally and internationally.
  • Support other HR & Administration task as requested by HR & Administration Manager.

 
Job End Results: 

  • Professional services provided to all parties with timely manners.
  • Accuracy, reliability and efficiency of HR database. All relevant documentations are properly processed and maintained.
  • Compliance of all HR activities with local laws, rules & regulations and the Company’s strategic plan and objectives.
  • Smooth operations of Human Resources Management and Development activities including the smooth and efficient implementation of HR policies, procedures, processes, systems, and tools within the asset.
  • High contribution to protect the Company’s interest while maintaining the staff’s well-being.

 
Professional Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English or Human Resources Management.
  • 2 - 4 years’ work experience in Human Resources or related functions
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Good computer skills and standard software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Administration knowledge
  • Service minded
