Missions :
- Build strong relationships with current in-market distributors/franchisees
- Achieve and exceed joint sales target for respective assigned market(s)
- Manage distributors towards greater commitment to Vimto business and therefore sales growth
- Evaluate distributors’ Performance and discuss with Line manager when needed.
- Contribute to monthly report to senior management providing insight & explanations to underpin the sales performance.
- To maintain an accurate forecast of in market sales and Vimto concentrate demand.
- Establish positive and collaborative internal relationships (supply, finance, marketing, logistics)
- Ensure Vimto is available, activated & visible at the point of sale
- Achievement of sales plan
- Achievement of defined number of outlet visits in market each week
- Accurate sales monitoring to ensure sufficient stock of concentrate and finished product available for delivery.
- Execution of jointly agreed marketing calendar
- No Out of Stock situation
- Develop and build relationships with bottler to deliver continued long-term success.
- Coordinate with current partners to ensure focus on the development of the Vimto brand.
- Co-ordinate & implement Vimto marketing activities according to predefined calendar.
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets for Vimto.
- Act as an ambassador for all things Vimto in your market

Qualifications :
- 5+ years dealing with OFF/ON Trade
- Experience with international Beverage company and process
Skills & Knowledge :
- Fluency & literacy in English/French depending on market, preferably both
- General administration and PC skills
