We are looking for an experienced "Agriculture Solution Sales " for our entity in Algeria.

Core Responsibilities :

  •  Market the BASF products throughout the region
  •  Prospect projects visit the customer and prescribe our solutions in the west region. 
  •  Market watch and competition 
  •  Daily reporting to the management.  
  •  Develop and promote our crop solutions; 
  •  Market study for the area with updated product and price panels 
  •  Ensure the availability of our solutions, marketed through our partners, at retailers and their proper use by farmers. 
  •  Implementation of demonstration trials with organization of field visits. 
  •  Organization and animation of technical days for retailers and farmers; 
  •  Develop a relationship with the top retailers, top farmers and officials of the CCLS / OAIC and the administration in general. 
  •  Work in collaboration with the developers and regional sales people of our partners. 
  •  Competitive watch: the actions carried out by the competition. 
  •  Update file retailers and farmers 

Key competencies/skills:

  •  Bachelor degree in Agriculture 
  •  At least 4 years’ work experience in technical and sales. 
  •  Good knowledge about : 
  •  Pesticides and crop diseases 
  •  Distribution network. 
  •  Ability for strategy development and implementation 
  •  Ability to learn quickly, enthusiasm and an ability to embrace change.  
  •  Able to get on with people and work in a team 
  •  Good Command of relevant MS Office applications 
  •  Fluent in Arabic, French and English
