Missions du poste

§  Defining policy and objectives in terms of Relations with media and Lobbying in accordance with the instructions fixed by the Department;

§  Coordinating operations dedicated for the press and fixing an adequate strategy for developing the concept of “a citizen company”;

 

§  Advising about the Institutional communication issues of the company and the strategy to follow in terms of crisis management;

 

§  Setting a strategy about external communication and Executing the task plan initiated by the company in terms of the communication related to media (all media) according to the allocated budget resources.

§   Developing the corporate image of the company;

§  Defining suitable media in order to promote the operator and spreading the promotional messages;

§  Establish and fructify contacts with all media (Written press, radio, TV);

§  Writing, issuing and insuring the follow up of the press releases;

§  Insuring the follow up and analyzing press articles and others (web, radio et TV);

§   Design and implement the lobbying strategy and a permanent communication with media;

§   Organizing lobbying events;

§  Manage crisis situations appearing via press;

§  Ensuring a good organization of press conferences and meeting journalist’s needs for any information requested about Ooredoo, with the coordination with the concerned managers authorized to reply to their questions;

§  Participating in the implementation of the communication strategy of the company as well as to achieve the fixed objectives;

§  Insuring the communication campaigns deployment on different media: press web, radio, TV, OOH;

§  Organizing the obtained information in a strategic meeting. Objectives, market, brand, product, target communications mean as well as a competitive monitoring, insight on the consumer, and any key information;

§  Set media and PR managers team and ensure the good work progress, the coordination and deployment of campaigns, follow up of budgets, quality, respect deadlines and evaluation;

§  Respond to internal client’s needs;

§  Choosing and optimizing media, analysis and post estimation;

§  Be on the lookout for a strategic innovation in terms of new media;

§  Insure the respect of prices and its management;


Profil recherché

Master Degree, MBA in business or other university high degree (preferably post-graduation)

10 years and more in the field
